The Alpha X Prop Trading Program is structured into three progressive stages, carefully designed to transform motivated individuals into disciplined, market-ready traders.

Each stage ensures a smooth transition from foundational market understanding to structured strategy execution, and finally to live market trading under professional supervision.

Stage 1 — Trading Foundation

Candidates who successfully complete the Alpha X Prop Trading Program and meet the required performance, risk management, and discipline benchmarks will be granted full access to the Brightstar Research proprietary trading setup and will operate as Proprietary Traders within the Brightstar Research trading desk.

This program is designed exclusively to train and deploy traders for Brightstar Research, with the entire curriculum, trading framework, and live market exposure aligned to internal desk strategies and risk controls.

The most distinctive feature of this program:

70% of your program fee is allocated towards your trading setup and live trading activities.
